I am going to hep out at one of our Superstores today. I am quite excited as it is our Apple launch. I will get to see all kinds of new products and there should be lots going on. It was also very cool to be asked. This should be a fun day!

We took the girls to my cousin's farm a few weeks ago. They got to meet sheep and chickens. The lambs were so cute. I was surprised how brave Katie was with the petting and touching and how Maggie would have nothing to do with the sheep. She was very intimidated by them and wouldn't go near. It was really nice to see Dawn and a lovely way to spend a Sunday morning. Robert (the ram) was a little bit gross but very friendly; I have never heard anything like the noise that animal makes. It is somewhere between a belch and a vomit. Quite startling after the cute little baaa's of the lambs.

Katie is a school girl! We went to her orientation and she loved it. She walked right in and started her tour with her "big buddy". No shyness and no hesitation. I was so proud of her. She didn't want to leave. Her buddy was so cute and impressed with himself for being a big helper and showing her around the school. He held doors and took her freeze wrapper to the garbage for her. I met and really liked her teacher. She was incredibly patient with all the kids (and parents). i asked to switch Katie from B days to A days and she told me she understood finding daycare and switched us right away. I am happy about the whole situation. Unless somebody can teach me how to keep her little forever?
